The Granary Barn, which is a magnificent newly converted period barn with original exposed beams and brickwork, presents an ideal holiday location for large groups of friends & extended families. The granary has achieved the maximum 5 stars from the English Tourism Council which ensures an exceptional overall level of quality throughout.

The Barn can sleep 16-18 and has a large living area which features a first floor gallery. A private garden overlooks the River Avon with panoramic views of Avon Valley water meadows.

There are 2 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedded rooms and a large sofa bed in the living area. In addition the gallery can be set up as a sitting room or a bedroom with 4 single beds or 2 twin bedded rooms. There are 6 bathrooms including a disabled wet room.

The 50 x 22 foot living area includes an 18 seater dining table, 5 large sofas, a widescreen TV, video, DVD, Hi-Fi and log burner. The kitchen has a 4 oven range cooker, fridgefreezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines, tumble dryer and microwave. Linen, oil fired central heating, electricity & logs are inclusive. Outside of the barn there is parking for 10 cars.
