We would firstly like to thank all our guests for all your support over the last few months and cannot wait to welcome you all back!
We have used this time to ensure all our cottages are clean and safe so you can arrive and relax on the farm.
We will be using a cleaning system to make sure you are in safe hands, this is how it will work:
Your cottage will be given a deep clean by our cleaners who focus particular attention on the hot spot areas such as light switches, door handles and remote controls. All kitchen utensils will be put through the dishwasher.
Your cottage will then be sprayed with a virucidal disinfectant using a ULV Fogger. This will ensure all corners are treated with disinfectant including upolstery and soft furnishings.
In case you do want to give any surfaces a once over, you will also find your own bottles of cleaning products, cloths and anti bac in your cottage.
When you arrive
Please do not arrive before 4pm, we cannot accommodate you earlier because of the extra cleaning we have to do.
When you arrive please find your cottage, your key will be in the door.
When you leave
Checkout time will be 10 clock we cannot accommodate a late checkout. Please leave your key in the door so the cleaners know that you have left.
Please leave all doors and windows open and empty all bins in the cottage and place all rubbish in large bins next to games barn.
To protect our staff, it is recommended that that guests totally strip their beds before departure and place all linen into the yellow bags provided. The laundry will then be removed and left for 72 hours before being laundered to minimise contamination risk.
We are required to re-wash all crockery and cutlery between changeovers. This is very time consuming and so we would really appreciate it if you could load the dishwasher and set it running before you leave so we know that batch is done.
We appreciate that this is not the most relaxing end to a holiday, but we do need to minimise risk to staff, so your cooperation would be greatly appreciated.
Changes to accommodation.
Unfortunately, the games barn will be closed for the foreseeable future.
We will no longer be providing tea, coffee or sugar.
There will be enough dishwasher tables, washing tablets and loo roll to start you off, but you will need to bring extra.
