Mallard Cottage is located within a courtyard area on the edge of the farmyard. It comfortably sleeps 6-8 people in 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is also a good quality double sofa bed in the living area. Mallard has two separate bathrooms. 

It has a spacious open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The table can be extended to seat any number from 8 to 17 and can be taken in conjunction with one or more smaller cottages for bigger groups.

Outside, the cottage has a beautiful enclosed courtyard with a BBQ and outdoor tables, chairs and parasol. There is easy access to the games barn, farm animals, River Avon and private farmland.
